These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Dassie, including our website, product, and related services. By creating an account or otherwise using Dassie, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Last updated: April 28, 2026
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt its operation, access it through unauthorized means, reverse engineer non-public components, or use it to violate the rights of others.
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
To use most features you must create an account or be invited to a workspace. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued use poses a risk to the service or other users.
Workspace administrators are responsible for managing access within their workspace and for the actions of users they invite.
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to or generate through Dassie. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the service for you and your workspace.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to share any content with Dassie, including code, messages, and integration data sourced from third-party services such as GitHub, Linear, or Slack.
Dassie sends customer content to large-language-model providers to generate standups, summaries, and chat responses. Output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for production decisions.
On paid plans you may supply your own Anthropic or OpenAI key (BYOK). When you do, AI requests are issued using your key and are subject to that provider's terms in addition to ours.
Dassie integrates with third-party services such as GitHub, Linear, Slack, Stripe, and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party service.
We may modify the service or these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Dassie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dassie and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.
You may stop using Dassie and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the service is no longer commercially reasonable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
